Snow and cold winds are perfect conditions for a plunge into the 0 degrees Celsius ocean.

Some of us braved the conditions and took the plunge, however, the bigger braver soles were the crew members who stayed out in these conditions to ensure everyone who wanted to jump in had the chance.
