Penguins in the Antarctic captured on video make me smile every time I watch them!

Chinstrap Penguins on Half Moon Island do a fabulous job navigating the rocky terrain of the Antarctic.

On day one of our Antarctic journey, I was surprised by how rugged the terrain was for penguins to navigate and impressed with their ability to do so. Daily they walk down to the ocean, where they deep dive for Krill. They then march up hills, often steep and rocky, to share their catch of the day with their mates and chicks. Who knew little legs could jump so high?

As I go through my videos, I’ll share more of them in future posts. I am not a videographer, but I should be able to find a couple worthy of sharing.
